PLEASE READ ALL OF OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. WHEN YOU PURCHASE ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL OF OUR POLICIES AS OUTLINED BELOW.

 

DELIVERY

  • Deliveries are made within a 20 mile radius of SE6. For larger orders/event requests we can travel further. Please enquire via email. 

  • Deliveries are always made between 9am-4pm. 

  • We are unable to provide a delivery window for deliveries. 

  • Our couriers will attempt delivery at the address provided, please ensure the correct address has been entered. If no one answers the door the following options will be followed out in this order:

1. The courier will always call the number provided. 

2. Delivery will then be attempted with a neighbour 

3. Finally, Delivery will be left on the doorstep. 

  • We always aim to deliver within our delivery window given however, during busier periods or if other external factors play a part such as adverse weather or traffic delays deliveries may take a bit longer.

ORDERS 

Bookings 

Any bespoke and larger products/services that are being purchased from Olive & Pickle will require payment upfront. All large bookings need to be made at least three months prior to the date required.  

Returns

Olive & Pickle do not accept returns of any products due to all items being perishable. If any item received is incorrect please contact us within a 5 hour period of receiving the product so we can make adequate arrangements to replace or refund you. 

Cancellations/order changes 

We are unable to process cancellations. For any order changes such as a date, we can do this just contact us via email. If there are any other issues please feel free to contact us. 

Any larger/bespoke orders that need to be cancelled two months or more before the event will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds if you inform us of a cancellation within the two months of the chosen date. However, we may be able to offer a date change providing there is availability within our calendar. 

FOOD

Produce

A lot of our produce is seasonal and sourced weekly therefore, there may be slight changes in the menu from week to week. If anything is ever unavailable, we will always substitute or use more of a certain product to compensate. 

Our local SE6 honeycomb is seasonal and readily available during the spring and summer months. As winter approaches we tend to substitute for something else as the quality of our local honey is unmatched and cannot be replaced. 

Food handling 

When any of our products are received please keep chilled and consume within 2 days. It is the responsibility of the customer to dispose of food if kept unrefrigerated beyond 4 hours, to comply with UK food standards. By agreeing to these terms and conditions the customer is agreeing to dispose of any food after this period. O&P will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our food consumed after this time. 


Allergies

Please let us know of any allergies on your booking form and we will do our best to accommodate however, we always advise our customers that we cannot guarantee that specific items have not come into contact with such allergens as there is a high risk of cross contamination.
